Job Description:
As a Tracking / Tracing Coordinator at Enzo Logistics, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracing shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a critical role in coordinating with carriers, drivers, and clients to ensure the efficient movement of freight.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and providing updates to internal teams and clients.
Coordinate with carriers and drivers to confirm pickup and delivery schedules, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates on shipments and address any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of shipment status, tracking information, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in tracking and tracing operations.
Proactively identify potential issues or disruptions in transportation and implement solutions to minimize impact on delivery schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to tracking and tracing technology and processes.
Assist with resolving any disputes or claims related to carrier performance or service quality.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or transportation management is preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with carriers.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices is an asset.
