Job Description:
As a Carrier Sales Coordinator at Enzo Logistics, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with carriers and ensuring the smooth execution of transportation services. You’ll play a crucial role in negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional service to our carrier partners.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and terms to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery according to customer requirements.

Monitor carrier performance and address any issues or concerns, ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize freight movements and maximize operational efficiency.

Track and document shipment details, including tracking information, invoices, and documentation.

Provide timely and accurate communication to carriers regarding shipment updates, changes, and requirements.

Assist with resolving any disputes or claims related to carrier performance or service quality.
Requirements:

Post-secondary education or at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Previous experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or transportation management is preferred.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with carriers.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
