Job Description: 

As a Sales Manager at Enzo Logistics, you’ll lead our sales efforts, driving growth and forging strong client relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations. 
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and market presence. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service offerings and streamline operations. 
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members, fostering their professional development and success. 
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. 
 
Requirements:  
  • Post-secondary education preferred or a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management sales management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.  
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
